Our Honey

Small-batch, raw honey with distinctive hyper-local floral notes from the Tri-Valley's wildflower blooms.

What Makes It Special

Raw & Unfiltered

Our honey is never heated above natural hive temperatures. We strain only to remove debris, preserving all the beneficial enzymes and pollen.

Hyper-Local

Each batch comes from a single apiary location. The honey reflects the unique floral character of its surroundings — wildflowers, fruit blossoms, and native plants.

Small-Batch

We never mass-produce or blend from multiple sources. Each jar represents the authentic taste of a single harvest from a single apiary.

Sustainably Produced

Our bees are managed with the latest integrated pest management (IPM) practices. We never use synthetic pesticides and always prioritize colony health over maximum production.

How Our Honey Is Harvested

Our honey is harvested once per year from individual apiary sites and never blended across locations.
